OUR UNIQUE FLEXIBLE PAINT: The paints used on Arbor products are flexible and therefore donot resist against the natural movements on wood surfaces, thus preventing minor cracks that give birth to penetration of moisture and bacteria.



OUR UNIQUE WAY OF ASSEMBLING GLASS BEADS WITH CONCEALED NAILS: Bead surfaces, free of screws and ribs are obtained after fixing glass units with special concealed nails.

OUR SPECIAL HINGES: Our hinges, fixed in a concealed way in wood profile, carry upto 130 kg loads. This hinge design permits continuation of seal on sash surface without any interruption at all, thus providing better insulation. We use fire-resistant hinges made according to BS EN 1935:2002, on doors with 120 kg load bearing capacity.

OUR UNIQUE WAY OF GLAZING: Glazing units are placed between sash profiles and glazing beads. Minor gaps occur throughout the line of joint, permitting water penetration. Although glazing seals may be used to cover these gaps, these strips never adheres to the neighbouring glass and wood surfaces. This explains the degeneration of isolations made by glazing strips as time passes. The result is the penetration of water under glazing unit and shortening of window life. We use silicon based liquid sealants which fills in the cavity applied and achieves full adhesion to all touching surfaces. This adhesion prevents water penetrations even in the long run.

OUR UNIQUE SOLUTION FOR DRAINING WATER: The advantage of using thermally insulated aluminum draining profile is to prevent touching the surfaces keeping in mind the difference in heat transfer rates. These profiles make it possible to drain plenty of water with maximum ease.

OUR UNIQUE ANTIQUE SURFACE FINISH: Solid oak with the obvious feature of carrying its strong effect at any place it exists is even more emphasized with Antique Surface process. This process is developped and solely practised by Arbor in the world on door and window surfaces. The grained texture on wood surface is magnified by a special aging process to provide a more natural and anticated appearance.

OUR SPECIAL DIVIDED LIGHTS: This system lets you obtain real divided light windows by really dividing the window into seperate glazing units. The divisions are therefore more accentuated than simulated divisions.

OUR SPECIAL PROTECTION SERVICE AT CONSTRUCTION SITE: A special film will be applied to the entire window and door surface during installation and will easily be removed by you just before the products will be used. The products will thus get their furniture-like looks. The period elapsed with construction works between the installation of windows and doors and the moment that life starts in the space will be problem-free for Arbor products.
