We use metal hardware meeting highest available standards in our products.
Our windows have special channel to allocate crémones of both single and tilt n turn openings. Our hinges, fixed in a concealed way in wood profile carry upto 130 kg loads.
The weatherseals used in our windows and doors are foam type and have some obvious advantages over regular seals as follows:
- Exceptional performance maintained over a wide temperature range. Doesn't shrink or stretch, even in extreme climatic conditions.
- Excellent memory - retains its original shape year after year to maintain a consistently high standard of weatherseal.
- Compensates for window movement.

Glazing units are placed between sash profiles and glazing beads. Minor gaps occur throughout the line of joint, permitting water penetration. Although glazing seals may be used to cover these gaps, these strips never adheres to the neighbouring glass and wood surfaces. This explains the degeneration of isolations made by glazing strips as time passes. The result is the penetration of water under glazing unit and shortening of window life. We use silicon based liquid sealants which fills in the cavity applied and achieves full adhesion to all touching surfaces. This adhesion prevents water penetrations even in the long run.
We use D4 glue in mortise joints of our windows and doors. This material has superb adhesion strength and high resistance against water.
We use DIN 18259 fire resistant locking mechanism, BS EN 1935:2002 fire resistant and 120 kg load bearing hinges on our doors.
Our standard door handles are up to DIN 18273 and fire resistant. Our internal door seals are up to DIN 4102. |
The advantage of the aluminum water draining profile we use is to prevent the seal from touching the wooden sash. The thermally isolated profile, rapidly drains big amounts of water thanks to its special design.
PU foam is applied between the frame and the wall cavity during assembly of our products. PU foam fixes the door or window to its place by rapidly swelling and provides air, water and heat insulation. We use a special PU based adhesive during assembly which has the below properties:
- rapid curing and adhesion,
- high filling and levelling properties pemitting use on rogh surfaces,
- water impermeability (DIN EN 204),
- no stains on porous surfaces,
- solvent-free. |
